Egypt’s Red Sea Wind Energy secured a $51 million loan from Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) for a wind farm project, co-financed by EBRD, Sumitomo Mitsui, Norinchukin, and Société Générale, totaling $106 million. The project, in Ras Ghareb, aims to add 150 MW to an existing 500 MW Wind farm.
