Ravindra Energy Limited has approved a Scheme of Amalgamation to merge associate Energy In Motion Limited (EIM), jointly controlled by REL and J M Baxi Group, into REL. REL holds 49.54% in EIM. Post-merger, renewable energy and electric mobility operations will be under one listed platform focused on electrification and decarbonisation of heavy commercial transportation.
