India aims to achieve a green hydrogen production capacity of 5 million tonnes per annum by 2030 under the National Green Hydrogen Mission. Incentives have been awarded to 18 companies for 862,000 tonnes capacity and two companies for supplying 20,000 tonnes to refineries. Additionally, 15 firms received ₹4,440 crore for 3,000 MW electrolyser manufacturing.
