French IPP Qair Group has signed a long-term power purchase agreement with Ultragaz for the 192 MW Bom Jardim solar project in Brazil. Located in Icó, Ceará, the facility was commissioned in early 2026 and is expected to generate 131.5 GWh annually. The deal supports Brazil’s energy diversification while aligning with both companies’ clean energy strategies.
