Puerto Rican BESS scheme receives Funds from Convergent Energy & Power

Convergent Energy & Power gets a loan commitment of $559 Million to deliver the BESS project in the region of Puerto Rican. Three utility scale stand-alone battery storage systems are planned for the municipalities of Caguas, Penuelas, and Ponce. The project is being funded by the Department of Energy & this will go according to the clean energy goals.
