The Request for Selection (RfS) invites competitive bids for 250 MW grid-connected solar PV projects in Punjab, targeting developers with ready land to ensure faster execution. Projects must have a minimum capacity of 50 MW and can be located anywhere in the state. Selection will be through transparent bidding followed by an e-reverse auction for tariff discovery.
