Power to Hydrogen and Repsol’s All4Zero hub completed 1,250+ hours of testing on P2H2’s commercial-scale AEM electrolyzer under simulated renewable load profiles. The system met efficiency, flexibility and durability targets, showing ∼2 mV/kHr degradation, 99.9% hydrogen purity at 30 bar, strong dynamic response between 40-100% load, and resilience to shutdowns.
