Madhya Pradesh Power Management Company Limited (MPPMCL) has invited bids for 750 MW/1,500 MWh standalone BESS projects under a build, own, and operate model, supported by viability gap funding of ₹18 lakh per MWh. Four units will be deployed with interconnection to the state grid, providing two-hour discharge at rated power.
