Poly Medicure has entered a Joint Venture with AMPIN Energy Transition to establish a Solar Power Project for its Haryana manufacturing facility. Poly Medicure will hold 26%, and AMPIN will own 74% of the venture. The Joint Venture will supply power to the facility as a captive generating plant. Both parties will invest capital in tranches, and the company will be managed by a board according to legal requirements.
