Punjab Energy Development Agency (PEDA) and IISc Bangalore signed an MoU to launch a pilot project producing Green Hydrogen from biomass, especially paddy straw. Led by Minister Aman Arora, this initiative aims to turn agricultural waste into clean energy, reduce stubble burning, improve air quality, and boost Punjab’s rural economy.
