OMV Petrom has delivered the first electrolyser module for a 20 MW green hydrogen plant at Petrobrazi refinery, Romania marking progress toward sustainable fuel production. The project will support SAF and HVO output, producing around 3,000 tons of green hydrogen annually. Backed by EU funding, the initiative is part of a broader €750 million investment to transform the refinery into a regional hub for low-emission fuels by 2028.
