NTPC Renewable Energy (NTPC REL) signed an MoU with Gujarat to develop 10 GW solar and 5 GW wind projects, expanding its presence in the state. Currently, NTPC REL has 2.36 GW solar, 354 MW wind, and 226 MW hybrid projects underway in Gujarat. NTPC Green Energy aims for 60 GW renewable capacity by 2032, representing 45% of its total power.
