State-owned NTPC Limited announced that its subsidiary NTPC Renewable Energy Ltd has commenced commercial supply of 168.02 MW from two solar projects in Khavda, Gujarat. This includes 78.02 MW from the 1255 MW Khavda-I project and 90 MW from the 1200 MW Khavda-II project. With this addition, NTPC Group’s total installed capacity has reached 89,057 MW, with commercial capacity at 87,977 MW, strengthening its renewable energy portfolio.
