Vikram Solar has signed an MoU with the Tamil Nadu government to establish a Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) manufacturing facility at Gangaikondan SIPCOT, Tirunelveli. The project involves an investment of ₹15,037 crore and is expected to create 2,670 employment opportunities. The facility will strengthen Tamil Nadu’s clean energy manufacturing ecosystem.
