NexWafe and Talon PV have partnered to supply NexWafe’s EpiNex® silicon wafers for U.S. TOPCon solar cell manufacturing. The agreement covers approximately 7 GW of advanced wafers through 2032, supporting Talon’s planned 4.8 GW Baytown, Texas facility. Initial wafers will be produced at NexWafe’s pilot operations in Germany, with technical qualification at Fraunhofer ISE.
