The Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) recently awarded contracts for 960 MW of Solar Power Projects, exceeding the initial 800 MW target. Key winners included GEPPERT-RAPTI (125 MW), Mountain-Dordi (105 MW), and Golyan Power-Pure Energy JV (100 MW). Tariffs ranged from NPR5.21/kWh to NPR5.54/kWh. A total of 25 projects totaling 254 MW were also awarded to various developers.
