The Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission has issued the Sixth Amendment to its Intra-State Open Access Regulations, effective upon Gazette publication. The update requires consumers to declare whether open access capacity falls within or exceeds their contracted demand. Billing will adjust only for metered open access energy without altering demand charges.
