Envision Energy and AMEA Power Partner for Egypt’s 500 MW Wind Project

Envision Energy and AMEA Power have signed an agreement for the 500 MW Amunet II wind power project in Egypt during the Africa Energy Forum 2026. The project follows the successful commissioning of the 500 MW Ras Ghareb wind farm in 2025 and strengthens the partnership between the two companies. Amunet II will be AMEA Power’s second utility-scale wind project in Egypt, increasing its total wind energy capacity in the country to 1 GW upon completion.
