Mitsui & Co., Ltd. has signed a virtual power purchase agreement with NIKE Japan Group, LLC to supply renewable energy certificates from 16 domestic solar plants in the TEPCO grid area. Covering 18 MW, including 3 MW from new projects, the deal enables Nike Japan to source 100% renewable electricity for its facilities.
