Thailand's Electricity Generating Public Company Limited (EGCO) has sold its entire stake in the 113 MW Boco Rock Wind Farm in New South Wales, Australia. On January 31, EGCO's subsidiary Millennium Energy B.V. agreed to sell the wind farm to Tilt Renewables. The transaction, expected to close in Q1 2025 pending regulatory approvals, will enhance EGCO's cash flow and support new investments.
