EPCG, Montenegro’s largest electricity provider, has canceled its second battery energy storage system (BESS) tender after receiving no bids. The latest procurement, valued at €75,000, aimed to install a 100–130 kW pilot system with 100–260 kWh capacity. This follows a previous failed 240 MWh tender in 2025.
