The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy has tightened Ministry of Defence (MoD) NOC rules for wind projects. Noting incomplete applications, MNRE now requires one soft copy with Excel sheet at filing and three hard-copy map sets per Defence aerodrome within vicinity, six sets if two aerodromes are nearby.
