Inox Green Energy Solutions, part of INOXGFL Group, has completed the ₹550-crore payment to acquire Wind World India Limited's 4.5 GW wind O&M business via subsidiary Vibhav Energy Pvt Ltd under a Business Transfer Agreement. As per NCLT-approved Resolution Plan, Inox Green will hold 75% in VEPL and consolidate financials line-by-line.
