MNRE has reconstituted its 3 members Dispute Resolution Committee with retired IAS officers Rajesh Bhushan, Kumar Alok & Dr. Rajendra Shankar Shukla. Established in 2023, the committee addresses disputes in renewable energy projects beyond contractual agreements between REPD & others. Its jurisdiction covers all projects implemented by REIA, aiming to promote fairness and efficiency in the sector.
