The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) has formed an Expert Committee to evaluate requests for commissioning extensions beyond May 31, 2026, and exemptions from ALMM List-II requirements for solar PV cells. Renewable energy developers must submit claims through the NISE portal by June 30, 2026.
