The Ministry of New & Renewable Energy has blacklisted Pragat Akshay Urja Ltd for failing to develop a proposed 500 MW Solar Park in Maharashtra despite receiving government funds. The company misled authorities about land acquisition, and no progress was made on the site. MNRE has ordered the recovery of ₹4.
