The MNRE is driving the National Green Hydrogen Mission to make India a leader in green hydrogen production, usage and export. Key initiatives include incentive schemes, pilot projects, hydrogen hubs, R&D, and skill development. The goal is to produce 5 MMT of green hydrogen annually by 2030, attract major investments, create jobs, and reduce CO2 emissions while also collaborating internationally.
