Masen and ONEE have signed PPAs and begun construction on the Noor Atlas solar program, comprising six solar plants across Morocco with a combined capacity of 305 MW. Commissioning is scheduled to start in July 2027, with operations and maintenance managed by Masen under an EPC framework. The project is financed through concessional loans from KfW and the EIB, alongside commercial financing from Bank of Africa, supporting local industrial development and job creation.
