Delhi has received 950 electric buses from Switch Mobility under the CESL tender, marking a significant step in its clean mobility drive. Flagged off by CM Rekha Gupta and officials, the 12-metre Switch EiV12 buses offer safety features like CCTV, panic buttons, and LFP batteries. Equipped with fast-charging and real-time monitoring via Switch iON, the buses aim to improve air quality, cut CO₂ emissions, and modernise public transport, solidifying Delhi’s leadership in electric urban mobility.
