EBRD finances €318m to Ignitis Group’s 314MW Kelmė Wind Farm

The EBRD is supporting Lithuania’s green transition with a €318m loan to Ignitis Group for the 314MW Kelmė wind farm. Generating approximately 740GWh annually, it will power 250,000 households, becoming the largest onshore wind project in the Baltics. Contributions from the European Investment Bank, Swedbank, and Nordic Investment Bank will aid project completion.
