Lithuania will relaunch its second 700 MW Offshore Wind tender on June 9 in the Baltic Sea after suspending it in January. The revised terms shorten the CfD recalculation period from 23 to 8 years, addressing electricity price and inflation concerns. Registration closes September 8, with a minimum of two participants required.
