KPI Green Energy has signed a binding offer to acquire 100% equity of Alfanar Energy Private Limited (301.4 MW) and Netra Wind Private Limited (206.5 MW) for ₹2,410 crore enterprise value. The combined 507.9 MW operational wind assets are located in Gujarat's Kutch wind corridor at Bhuj, backed by 25-year SECI PPAs with ∼21 years remaining.
