Adani Arm Signs Deal with MSEDCL for 2,500 MW RTC Power

Powerpulse Trading Solutions, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Adani Energy Solutions, has signed a 25-year PPA with MSEDCL on September 8, 2026, for 2,500 MW round-the-clock power. The deal follows assignment of the letter of award originally secured by Adani Power on April 2, 2026. Adani Power transferred all rights and obligations to Powerpulse to focus on thermal, nuclear and international hydro capacity expansion and steady baseload revenues.
