Pune-based Kinetic Green Energy and Italy’s Tonino Lamborghini SpA have formed a joint venture, Kinetic Green Tonino Lamborghini (KGTL), to produce electric golf carts for Indian and global markets. The carts, designed in Italy and built in Pune, come in Genesis and Prestige ranges. KGTL will invest $20 million, with Kinetic holding a 70% stake.
