Waaree Renewable Technologies has acquired a 55% stake in Associated Power Structures Pvt Ltd (APSPL) for ₹1,225 crore, making APSPL its subsidiary. The acquisition was completed through a combination of primary share allotment and secondary share transfers. Earlier this year, both companies signed definitive agreements, including a Shareholders Agreement and a Share Purchase and Subscription Agreement, to facilitate the transaction.
