JSW Neo Energy Limited, a subsidiary of JSW Energy Limited, has acquired a 125 MW renewable energy portfolio from the Hetero Group for approximately ₹630 Crores. The acquisition includes wind projects in Andhra Pradesh and Maharashtra with long-term power purchase agreements. This move boosts JSW Neo Energy's renewable capacity to 24.
