Websol Energy System shifted its proposed 4 GW integrated solar cell and module plant from Andhra Pradesh to West Bengal. Land near its Falta facility has been shortlisted, with approvals expected in August and construction targeted for September 2026. The ₹3,538 crore project will retain its planned capacity and phased execution strategy.
