On Sept. 16, JSPL announced an MoU with Jindal Renewable Power Pvt Ltd (JRPL) to launch India’s largest Green Hydrogen Project in steelmaking. JSPL will integrate Green Hydrogen into its Angul facility, aiming to cut carbon emissions. The project will produce 4,500 tonnes of Green Hydrogen annually and 3GW of Renewable Energy, significantly advancing India's Green Energy goals in heavy industries.
