JinkoSolar achieved a world record of 33.84% efficiency for its N-type TOPCon-based Perovskite Tandem Solar Cell, surpassing its previous record of 33.24%. The cell, tested by Chinese Academy's the Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, uses JinkoSolar's N-type Monocrystalline TOPCon as the bottom cell.
