Inox Green Energy Services is finalizing acquisition of Wind World's 4.5 GW wind O&M portfolio, targeted for Q2 FY27 after oral NCLT Ahmedabad approval on July 27, 2026. The deal will expand its existing 13.3 GWp portfolio (10.5 GW wind) to about 17.8 GW, strengthening annuity revenues. Q1 FY27 total income was Rs 101 crore with PAT Rs 41 crore, up 86% YoY.
