Inox Clean Energy has acquired Vibrant Energy for about Rs 5,000 crore, adding a 1,337 MW portfolio across multiple states. The deal strengthens its presence in the commercial and industrial segment, backed by long-term PPAs with major clients. Completed in four months, the acquisition enhances Inox Clean’s integrated renewable platform and supports its target of achieving 10 GW installed capacity by FY28, boosting growth and market position.
