Researchers at IIT Bombay developed a transparent four-terminal perovskite solar cell using an ion-modulated spiro-MeOTAD hole transport layer to reduce interfacial defects and tune work function. Integrated with commercial n-TOPCon silicon cells in mechanically stacked tandems, the device achieved 28.
