The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) approved tariffs between ₹4.64/kWh to ₹5.25/kWh for 1,530 MW renewable energy procured by NTPC through competitive bidding. CERC also approved a ₹0.07/kWh trading margin, subject to financial security provisions. NTPC awarded contracts to multiple bidders, with 25-year PPAs/PSAs.
