SAIC MG launched the MG4, the world’s first mass-produced EV with a semi-solid-state battery, priced under $15,000 in China. The MG4 comes in five trims, with two LFP battery options: 42.8 kWh (437 km range) and 53.95 kWh (530 km range), including the semi-solid-state “Secure” edition. Powered by a 120 kW front motor, it supports fast charging and advanced safety.
