Andhra Pradesh is accelerating its transition to green hydrogen and clean energy, aiming to lower fuel and electricity costs through large-scale renewable projects, Chief Secretary K. Vijayanand stated. The state plans to shift from fossil fuels to solar, wind, and pumped hydro power, promoting net-zero emissions, affordable electricity for all, and local energy self-reliance via smart grids and rooftop solar.
