Hy2gen has secured land in Oulu, Finland, for a 200MW hydrogen-based e-fuel plant, positioning the region as a Baltic Sea synthetic fuel hub. While not a final investment decision, detailed planning will precede a February 2026 event. Oulu offers low-cost clean energy, R&D expertise, strategic EU transport links, and planned hydrogen infrastructure.
