HPPC on behalf of UHBVNL/DHBVNL has issued RfS dated 21.10.2026 for 500 MW Solar + 250MW/1000MWh BESS in Haryana on BOO basis for 25-year PPA. Projects to be within Haryana, with BESS mandatory @ 0.5MW/2MWh per MW, co-located. Bidding through e-bidding + e-reverse auction. Bidder can quote 5-250 MW, max 250 MW per group.
