Honda Motor Co. has announced plans to launch a low-cost electric motorcycle priced around $1,400 in Japan, aimed at competing with Chinese EV two-wheeler manufacturers by leveraging lower-cost production (including models produced in Vietnam) to offer accessible electrified mobility.
