The State-Level Sanctioning Committee, led by Anurag Rastogi, approved four solar-powered integrated micro irrigation projects under Micro Irrigation and Command Area Development Authority with an outlay of Rs 402.41 crore. Covering 61 canal outlets across Bhiwani, Jhajjar, Kurukshetra and Mahendragarh, the projects will irrigate 11,040 hectares, benefiting 8,926 farmers.
