The Haryana Cabinet has approved a 100% motor vehicle tax exemption for new pure electric and battery-operated vehicles priced up to ₹30 lakh to accelerate EV adoption. The benefit applies to eligible electric two-wheelers, three-wheelers, and four-wheelers purchased and registered in Haryana. EVs priced above ₹30 lakh will receive a 50% tax exemption.
